Zoell, Bob
L.A. artist Bob Zoell was born in Canada in 1940 and relocated to Los Angeles in 1962. His works include both graphic design and comics, and his pieces are in the permanent collection of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. He is a regular contributor to the New Yorker with seven covers to his credit. Zoell influenced or anticipated artists as diverse as Gary Panter, Richard McGuire, Ben Jones, and many others.
